Today I made the Fluffy Biscuits with almond flour - and they are amazing! I will make them again and add a little xylitol to make a short bread for strawberry shortcake. I ate one today as an egg mcmuffin - absolutely deeLish! I have a batch of chocolate chip cookies in the oven that the kids are waiting for - of course they have no idea these are protein packed cookies... thanks for showing this to me Cindy!
